A proposta foi oferecer momentos de di\u00e1logo, cuidado com a sa\u00fade e fortalecimento f\u00edsico e emocional, ressaltando a import\u00e2ncia da preven\u00e7\u00e3o e do enfrentamento \u00e0 viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"1091\">Durante a roda de conversa, as participantes puderam compartilhar experi\u00eancias, trocar reflex\u00f5es e receber orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a rede de apoio dispon\u00edvel no munic\u00edpio. J\u00e1 a oficina de defesa pessoal buscou despertar o senso de autoconfian\u00e7a e seguran\u00e7a, enquanto as atividades f\u00edsicas refor\u00e7aram a import\u00e2ncia do autocuidado e da qualidade de vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1413\">A iniciativa refor\u00e7a o compromisso da Prefeitura em valorizar suas servidoras e ampliar a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a necessidade de respeito, prote\u00e7\u00e3o e igualdade. O Agosto Lil\u00e1s \u00e9 um momento de uni\u00e3o e mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o social para lembrar que a viol\u00eancia contra a mulher deve ser combatida todos os dias, em todos os
